			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Visinele contin: 6,5-21,5 g hidrati de carbon, glucoza – in medie 0,8 g, albumina, 85,5 g apa, 1,3 g acizi organici liberi, 0,5 g fibre alimentare, 256 mg potasiu, 1,4 mg fier, putin fosfor, calciu, magneziu, sulf, cupru, zinc, pigmenti. Combinatia reusita de vitaminele C, B1, B6, de fier, magneziu, cobalt, pigmenti contribuie la prevenirea si tratarea anemiei. Visinele congelate, chiar uscate, pulpa de visina amestecata cu zahar pastreaza multe dintre calitatile fructelor proaspete. Atentie: sucul de visine nu este recomandat persoanelor cu o aciditate ridicata a sucului gastric, celor care sufera de diaree, diabet zaharat, obezitate, ulcer gastric sau de afectiuni cronice ale plaminilor.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>400 g fileuri de somon, 2 linguri ulei de masline, sare dupa gust</strong></span>.</p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Pentru sosul de cirese:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>300 g cirese, 150 ml suc proaspat de portocale, 2 lingurite de apa rece, 2 lingurite amidon de porumb, 2 linguri otet de zmeura, 2 lingurite ulei de masline</strong></span>.</p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare: </strong></span>Se unge somonul cu ulei. Se frige pe gratar. Intre timp, se amesteca ciresele si sucul de portocale intr-o oala la foc mediu, timp de 3 minute. Se da focul mic. Se amesteca bine apa si amidonul de porumb intr-un alt vas, ca sa nu aiba cocoloase. Se adauga in sosul de cirese si se amesteca timp de 2 minute sau pana cand se ingroasa. Se adauga otetul de zmeura si uleiul de masline. Somonul se pune in farfurie si se toarna sosul deasupra.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Pentru sosul de mango:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>1 mango, 100 ml supa de pui, ¼ lingurita radacina de ghimbir ras, ½ lingura miere</strong></span>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Pestele se taie in bucati si se marineaza in sucul de lamaie si uleiul de masline timp de o ora se pun apoi pe frigaturui, intercaland bucatile de peste cu rosiile si ardeii. Se unge o tava cu ulei si se pun la cuptor sau se fac pe gratar. Mango se curata, se taie pe jumatate, se scoate samburele si se paseaza in blender. Se adauga supa de pui, radacina de ghimbir rasa si mierea. Se amesteca bine cu mixerul. Se toarna amestecul intr-o cratita si se incalzeste aproximativ 8 minute. Se toarna cald peste frigaruile de peste.</p>

Se serveste cald.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>3 mango, ¾ ceasca de zahar, 2 linguri de suc proaspat de lime, 2 oua, ½ ceasca lapte de nuca de cocos, ½ ceasca smantana, 2-3 linguri de nuca de cocos prajita ca garnitura (optional), frunze de menta ca garnitura (optional)</strong></span>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Fructele de mango se curata de coaja si de samburi, se taie cubulete. Se amesteca cu ½ ceasca de zahar. Se acopera si se pastreaza la frigider cel putin 1 ora. Se scoate din frigider si se freaca pana devine un piure. Se adauga sucul de lime si amesteca. Ouale se bat bine impreuna cu restul de zahar. Se amesteca laptele de cocos cu smantana, se toarna peste oua si se amesteca. Se adauga piureul de mango, se amesteca bine si pune in congelator. Inghetata se serveste garnisita cu nuca de cocos prajita sau frunze de menta.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Fiecare bucata de pui se pune pe o folie de staniol. Se adauga frunze de salvie, suc de lamaie, sare si piper si se acopera. Se pun intr-o tava in cuptorul in prealabil incins si se lasa circa 20 de minute. Se serveste cu garnitura de orez.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Carnea se spala si se sareaza. Se lasa 30 de minute apoi se pune intr-o cratita cu untul si ceapa tocata marunt. Se rumeneste pe ambele parti. Se adauga apa calda si se fierbe inabusit jumatate de ora. Apoi se unge cu unt si se pune la cuptor ca sa se rumeneasca. Se scoata tava de friptura si se prepara sosul de bulion cu rosiile tocate si se adauga peste friptura. Se mai lasa la cuptor sa fiarba.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare: </strong></span>Se incalzeste laptele cu zaharul. Se adauga orezul si se lasa la foc incet circa o ora. Dupa ce a fiert se incorporeaza frisca si se mai lasa sa fiara incet zece minute. Separat se caramelizeaza zaharul, se stinge cu compotul de mandarine si utina apa. Se toarna crema de orez in pahare si se orneaza cu sosul caramelizat si mandarinele.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare: </strong></span>Ceapa se taie fin si se caleste un minut in ulei. Creierul fiert se zdrobeste cu furculita, se adauga ceapa calita, oul, nucsoara, faina, franzela inmuiata in apa (si stoarsa de zeama), sarea, verdeturile tocate, branza telemea rasa si se amesteca bine compozitia. Se pun doua linguri de faina pe o hartie si se ia din compoziteie cu lingura, tapetandu-se cu faina. Se unge o tava cu ulei si se pun chiftelutele in tava. Se dau la cuptor, la foc potrivit, circa o jumatate de ora.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>4 piepti de rata, 1 lingura de ulei de floarea soarelui, 2 portocale, 50 ml suc proaspat de portocale, 2 linguri de marmelada de portocale, 15 g unt, 1 lingura de malai, sare, dupa gust</strong></span>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare: </strong></span>Pieptii de rata se sareaza si se pun la fript intr-o tigaie cu ulei, pana devin aurii (circa zece minute). Portocalele se curata de coaja, se desfac in felii si se pun intr-o tigaie, pe foc, alaturi de sucul si marmelada de portocale. Se dau in clocot. Se amesteca malaiul cu portocalele, se adauga pieptii de rata si se mai coc circa trei minute.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Zaharul se caramelizeaza. Faina se amesteca usor cu laptele, se toarna apoi in cratita in care a fost topit zaharul si se fierbe in baie de aburi, amestecand incontinuu. La sfarsit de adauga untul. Se raceste si se pune la frigider. In momentul servirii se poate orna cu fructe de zmeura si frunze de menta, proaspete.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Ficateii se prajesc in ulei, se lasa sa se raceasca apoi se paseaza in blender, impreuna cu felia de paine. Se amesteca apoi cu ceapa inabusita, galbenusurile, untul si sarea. La sfarsit se adauga si albusurile batute spuma. Cu aceasta compozitie se umplu rosiile si se asaza intr-un vas mare, uns cu ulei. Se pun la cuptor circa zece minute. se servesc reci.</p>

Usturoiul pisat se caleste in putin ulei de masine, se adauga smantana, ceapa taiata marunt si sarea. Se adauga apoi somonul taiat cubulete sau fasii si zeama de lamaie, se toarna compozitia peste paste si se amesteca bine. Se adauga parmezan ras pe deasupra si rosiile uscate.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Aluat:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>170 g unt, 100 g zahar, 4 galbenusuri, 250 g faina</strong></span>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Pentru glazura:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>4 albusuri, 6 lingur de zahar, 4 pere</strong></span>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Mod de preparare: Untul se freaca cu zaharul, se adauga pe rand galbenusurile si la urma faina. Se framanta aluatul, apoi se intinde o foaie subtire si se asaza intr-o tava tapetata cu faina. Se coace la cuptor pana devine taricica. Perele, in prealabil fierte, se taie felii si se asaza peste aluat. Deasupra se toarna albusurile batute cu zaharul si se mai da putin la cuptor pana se intareste spuma de deasupra.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Morcovii se curata de coaja si se taie cubulete, la fel si merele, ceapa se toaca marunt. Se calesc inabusa toate ingredientele in ulei cu praful de curry. Cand s-au inmuiat se adauga apa plata si se fierb. Se scot morcovii si merele din supa, se paseaza si se adauga din nou in supa amestecand bine. Se serveste cu crutoane.</p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Aluatul frantuzesc se intinde in lungime pana ajunge la patru mm grosime. Se pudreaza cu zahar si se pliaza apoi in trei. Se intinde din nou foaia, se presara din nou zahar si se pliaza in trei. Se intinde apoi aluatul intr-o foaie groasa de trei-patru centimetri si se imparte in parti egale. Fiecare bucata se ruleza si se da la rece 30 de minute. Se intinde apoi o foaie groasa de trei centimetri care se taie bastonase. Se pun intr-o tava unsa cu unt la distanta. Se coc la cuptor, la foc iute, sase-opt minute.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Taiteii se inmoaie in apa plata si se lasa la inmuiat 20 de minute. Ceapa si usturoiul se calesc in ulei. Legumele se oparesc in apa clocotita doua minute. Se adauga zeama, ceapa si usturoiul, condimentele, taiteii si se mai fierb impreuna pana se inmoaie legumele.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare: </strong></span>Faina se amesteca cu laptele apoi se pune cratita sa fiarba la foc potrivit, se adauga zaharul si vanilia amestecand continuu. Dupa ce a dat in cateva clocote se adauga untul, si dupa ce s-a topit, se ia cratita de pe foc. Se adauga galbenusurile unul cate unul, apoi cele sase albusuri batute spuma. Compozitia aceasta se toarna intr-un vas de iena uns in prealabil cu unt si se pune la cuptor, la foc potrivit, circa 25 de minute.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Frigarui de vita (Souvlaki)]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>500 g carne de vita, 2 linguri oregano uscat, 3-4 catei de usturoi, 2 linguri de ulei, 4 lingurite suc de lamaie</strong></span>.</p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Pentru sos:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>6 lingurite de iaurt, ½ linguriţa de marar, 1 linguriţa de oţet de mere, 1 catel de usturoi pisat</strong></span>.</p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Carnea de vita se taie cubulete de circa 2 cm. Din ulei, suc de lamaie, usturoi pisat bine si oregano se face o marinata in care se pun bucatile de carne, se amesteca bine si se lasa sa patrunda aromele timp de o ora. Carnea se infige in bete de frigarui. (Optional, se pot intercala intre bucatile de carne felii de ceapa si ardei.) Se pun frigaruile pe gratar sau intr-o tigaie de teflon. Se frig aproximativ 3 minute pe fiecare parte. Se combina iaurtul, mararul tocat marunt, otetul si usturoiul. Sosul astfel obtinut se serveste alaturi de frigaruile calde.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Intr-o oala mare, se amesteca supa de pui, sucul de lamaie si morcovul, ceapa, telina, tocate marunt. Se fierb timp de 20 de minute. Untul se amesteca cu faina. Apoi, treptat, se adauga in supa. Se fierbe inca 10 minute, amestecand frecvent. Intre timp, galbenusurile de oua se bat bine. Treptat, se adauga o cana supa fierbinte peste galbenusuri, amestecand constant. Se toarna amestecul de ou in oala cu supa. Se adauga orezul si carnea de pui deja fiarta. Se toarna supa fierbinte in castroane si garniseste cu felii de lamaie.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>1 kg visine, 500 ml suc de portocale, 4 lingurite de miere, ¼ lingurita, 2 linguri amidon de porumb, 2 linguri de apa, 250 g iaurt sau 150 g smantana, citeva frunze de menta proaspata</strong></span>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Se pastreaza 4-6 visine pentru ornare. Restul visinelor se curata de samburi si se paseaza in blender. Intr-o oala se fierb visinele, sucul de portocale, mierea si scorţisoara. Amidonul de porumb se dizolva intr-o cana de apa, se toarna in supa fiarta, amestecand bine, si se mai lasa sa fiarba un minut. Se pastreaza la frigider peste noapte. Se toarna in castroane, se toarna in fiecare iaurt deasupra, se pune cite o visina si o frunza de menta.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Pastele fusili se fierb, se scot, se spala si se lasa sa se scurga. Intre timp, se topesc 2 linguri de unt intr-o tigaie si se caleste usturoiul si ceapa pana capata o nuanta aurie, apoi se da deoparte. Se incalzeste uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie. Se trec bucatile de pui prin faina si se prajesc pana se rumenesc. Se scurge ueliul, se aadauga ceapa si supa de pui si se amesteca. Se lasa sa fiarba, acoperit, la foc mediu aproximativ 15 minute. Se ia de pe foc, se pun in farfurie si se adauga pastele. Se toarna smantana deasupra si se presara patrunjel tocat.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Se fierb pastele lasagna in apa clocotita. Se scurg bine, se mentin calde. Intre timp se pregateste sosul de rosii: intr-o tigaie cu ulei se pune usturoiul si ceapa tocate marunt si se calesc pana ceapa devine aurie. Se adauga rosiile tocate marunt, pasta de tomate, ciupercile, cimbrul, busuiocul, ¼ cana de apa si se amesteca bine. Se lasa sa fiarba 45-50 de minute. Mozzarella se rade si se amesteca cu branza de vaci. Dovleceii se taie rondele, se prajesc putin pe fiecare parte, apoi se scurg bine de ulei. Se unge un vas de iena cu putin ulei, se pune un strat paste lasagna, unul de sos de rosii, unul de branza si unul cu rondele de dovlecei. Se repeta operaţiunea de trei ori. Deasupra se rade parmezan si se da la cuptor, incalzit la 180 de grade, aproximativ 35-40 de minute.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Ingrediente: </strong></span><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>2 linguri de ulei de masline, 450 g ciuperci champignon, 2-3 catei de usturoi, suc de la o jumatate de lamaie, 2 linguri patrunjel, 2-4 linguri ulei de masline, sare dupa gust</strong></span>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Se incalzeste uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie la foc mare, apoi se adauga ciupercile. Se amesteca tot timpul, pentru aproximativ cinci minute, pana cind sucul pe care-l lasa ciupercile se evapora. Se da focul mai incet, se adauga usturoiul si se amesteca 2 minute, avand grija ca usturoiul sa nu se arda. Se toarna sucul de lamaie peste ciuperci, se adauga sare. Se ia de pe foc, se pune intr-un recipient de sticla sau ceramica si se amesteca cu patrunjel tocat. Se servesc ca garnitura la peste.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Ingrediente: </strong></span><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>3 linguri de ulei de masline, 1 ceapa mare tocata, 600 g de rosii, curatate si tocate, 6 oua, sare dupa gust</strong></span>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Se incinge uleiul de masline pe foc mediu. Se adauga ceapa si se caleste pana capata o culoare aurie (aproximativ 6 minute). Se adauga rosiile si se fierb la foc mic, pana scad (aproximativ 40 de minute). Se bat ouale intr-un castron, pana se amesteca bine. Se pune putina sare. Se adauga ouale peste sosul de rosii si se gateste la foc mediu, amestecand constant. Se ia de pe foc cand compozitia incepe sa se lege (dupa aproximativ 3 minute). Se servesc calde.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>2 linguri de faina, 150 ml supa de pui sau de legume, 6 felii subtiri de piept de pui, 50 g unt nesarat, 10 ciuperci (taiate in felii subtiri), 2-3 linguri de patrunjel proaspat, 6 felii prosciutto, 6 felii subtiri de branza Fontina sau cascaval afumat</strong></span>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare: </strong></span>Se trec bucatile de pui prin faina, se scutura faina in exces. Intr-o tigaie se topeste untul la foc mic si se prajesc bucatile de pui pana capata o crusta aurie – aproximativ 2 minute pe fiecare parte. Se scot pe o farfurie, scurgind bine de grasime. Se asaza pe  fiecare piept de pui o felie de branza Fontina si o felie de prosciutto. Se pun intr-un vas de iena si se dau la cuptor, pina cind branza se topeste. Separat, la foc mic, in tigaia in care s-a prajit puiul se pun ciupercile si se amesteca incontinuu pana cind sucul pe care-l lasa se evapora – aproximativ 4 minute. Se adauga supa si se mai fierbe cam 10 minute. Se adauga frunzele de patrunjel, tocate, si se mai fierbe aproximativ 5 minute. Se scoate puiul din cuptor si se serveste impreuna cu sosul de ciuperci.</p>

Ele trebuie consumate la un interval scurt dupa cumparare (nu mai mult de 48 de ore). Trebuie depozitate la adapost de lumina, umiditate si caldura excesiva, neaparat cu coaja. Trebuei spalate repede si bine cu apa.</p>

Coacerea se va face in baie de apa (vasul in care este pusa budinca se va pune in alt vas in care fierbe apa). In acest fel, grasimea de pe peretii vasului nu se va arde si nu se va transforma in acroleina, substanta foarte iritanta pentru intestin. Vasele de iena cu capac sunt foarte potrivite pentru prepararea budincilor.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Jumatate din caloriile pe care le consumi zilnic trebuie sa provina din carbohidrati, in special din produse nerafinate (paine integrala si orez brun)). Evita alimentele preparate cu faina alba si cele cu index glicemic ridicat. Limiteaza portia grasimilor la 30% din totalul caloriilor consumate zilnic si asigura-te ca 20% din calorii provin din proteine.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Inghetata de mure]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>500 g mure proaspete, 500 ml lapte (sau 250 ml lapte condensat), 150 ml smantana, 100 g zahar, 4 lingurite suc de lămâie</strong></span>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Murele se spala si se paseaza in blender. Se trece piureul astfel obtinut prin sita, ca sa nu ramina seminte. Într-un castron se amesteca piureul de mure, laptele, smantana si sucul de lamaie pana la omogenizare. Se toarnă în cupe de inghetata si se dau la congelator. Se pot orna cu mure si frisca.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare: </strong></span>Salata se spala, se scurge de apa si se taie. Se pune intr-un castron. Se adauga frunzele de spanac spalate, ciupercile taiate felii si pieptul d epui taiat cubulete. Se adauga zeama de lamaie, uleiul de masline si sarea si se amesteca bine.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></span> <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>1 kilogram de rosii, 2 catei de usturoi, cateva frunze de busuioc, 1 kilogram de vinete, 9 linguri de ulei de masline, 300 g cascaval, 2 oua fierte tari, 100 g parmezan ras</strong></span>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span> Rosiile se oparesc, se decojesc si se taie cubulete. Se curata usturoiul, se zdroeste si se amesteca cu cateva frunze de busuioc. Vinetele se taie felii de un centimetru grosime si se calesc in ulei de masline Se incinge cuptorul, se unge o tava cu ulei de masline si se asaza feliile de vinete, apoi ouale amestecate cu cascavalul, rosiile si la sfarsit parmezanul ras. Se introduce tava la cuptor si se lasa circa 40 de minute.</p>

Se pun toate ingredientele intr-un bol si se amesteca cu dresingul preparat dintr-un amestec de mustar, cu miere, zeama de lamaie si ulei de masline. Se sareaza dupa gust. Se serveste cu paine prajita sau foccacia.</p>
