			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Atentie, mamici, se inregistreaza din ce in ce mai multe cazuri de varicela, chiar si la copiii care au fost vaccinati importiva acestei boli! Aceasta boala contagioasa se caracterizeaza prin aparitia unor eruptii pe piele (si uneori pe mucoasa bucala) insotite de o stare febrila. Daca cel mic sufera de varicela trebuie foarte bine hidratat (lichide dulci, supe, ceaiuri, compoturi, supe). Ii poti da, de asemenea, lapte, iaurt, branza de vaci, fructe crude, piureuri de zarzavat, budinci, sufleuri. Dupa ce i-a scazut febra, regimul alimentar revine la normal, fara a se abuza de sare.</p>

Pentru a digera proteinele, stomacul trebuie sa secrete acid clorhidric. Entru a digera carohidratii este nevoie de o solutie alcalina. Deoarece acizii si bazele se neutralizeaza reciproc, mancarea ramane&#8230; nedigerata. Dupa ce zace ins tomac cateva ore, incepe sa fermenteze si sa putrezeasca producand gaze si arsuri la stomac.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Pentru a pierde in greutate, trebuie sa alcalinizam organismul consumand mai putin alimente care produc acizi, cum ar fi: carnea, lactatele, alcoolul, cofeina, grasimile prelucrate, alimentele pe baza de zahar, bauturile pe baza de zahar. Creste, in schimb, consumul de legume verzi (care sa constituie 70% din fiecare masa), de grasimi esentiale (avocado, ulei de masine, ulei de seminte de in), asigura-te ca alimentele pe care le consumi provin din cele mai une surse (organice si lipsite de toxine). 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Anemia este o afeciune destul de frecventa in copilarie si se manifesta prin scaderea numarului de globule rosii. Anemia prin lipsa fierului se poate foarte usor corecta printr-o dieta adecvata. In mod normal, nevoile zilnice de fier la cei mici se situeaza undeva intre 3 si 12 mg.  Alimentatia trebuie sa fie variata si sa contina proteine animale (carne) – ficat la gratar sau pateu de ficat, carne rosie. In  general toate zarzavaturile contin fier, dar pentru o absorbtie mai buna se recomanda sa se consume concomitent cu preparatele din carne. Adaosurile de sucuri de cirice, ca si borsul, contribuie la absorbtia fierului din vegetale.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Daca bebelusul tau a avut un episode de enterocolita (diaree), trecerea la formula de lapte primita anterior imbolnavirii se face treptat, inlocuind cu cate o masura laptele fara lactoza la fiecare masa in functie de toleranta digestiva. Daca reapar scaunele moi, revino la formula de lapte fara lactoza (Milupa HN25) si temporizeaza reintroducerea laptelui cu lactoza. Regimul pentru enterocolita include pe langa laptele fara lactoza, supa de legume (morcov, albitura, dovlecel, orez) si carne fiarta separate (de pui sau de vita), cereale instant pe baza de orez, orez cu banane, mar copt in combinatie cu cereale de orez sau branza de vaci preparata in casa. Daca scaunul se normalizeaza, se pot adauga in supa de zarzavat ceapa, cartoful si rosia.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Ananasul, pe langa beneficiile generale ale fructelor, este o sursa importanta de vitamina C si de fibre alimentare. 100 de grame de ananas proaspat contin:  52 de calorii, 12 g de glucide, 1,2 g fibre si 25 mg de vitamina C. aceeasi cantitate de ananas, dar din compot, contine 83 de calorii, 20 g de glucide, 3 g de fibre, 15 ml de vitamina C si 3,2 g de vitamina E. Daca este consumat frecvent, reduce usor nivelul zaharului in sange, are efect diuretic si ajuta persoanele care au o digestie dificila.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Simptomele apar la scurt timp dupa masa si sunt urmatoarele: greata, varsaturi, scaune diareice, uneori chiar febra. Daca cel mic prezinta semne de toxinfectie alimentara, du-l de urgenta la medic! Regimul alimentar consta in administrarea multor lichide (apa, ceaiuri) in cantitati mici si dese, pentru a combate deshidratarea. Dupa doua-trei zile se pot consuma supe de zarzavat pasat, supa de orez, fainoase fierte in apa, branzica de vaci, carne slaba fiarta.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color: #888888;">Ingrediente:</span></strong> <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">2 cesti de orez, 1 lingura ulei de masline, 250 g spanac, 120 g branza sarata, 4 oua, 2 cesti branza de vaci, 3 linguri de cascaval ra</span></strong>s.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color: #888888;">Mod de preparare:</span></strong> Spanacul se spala si se fierbe, apoi se scurge de zeama si se paseaza. Separat, se fierbe orezul in apa cu sare. Se amesteca orezul cu spanacul, apoi se adauga branza sarata, branza de vaci si se mai lasa la foc mic. La sfarsit se adauga cascavalul ras pe deasupra si cate un ou, fiert, moale.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color: #888888;">Mod de preparare:</span></strong> Cartofii se spala bine, se pun la copt intr-o tava la cuptor. Se lasa circa 20 minute, avand grija sa-i intorci de pe o parte pe cealalta, pentru a se coace uniform. Se scot din cuptor, se taie in patru si se adauga cate o lingura de unt, una de branza de vaci, se sareaza, apoi se presara cascavalul. Deasupra se poate turna iaurt. Cartofii se pot scoate din coaja si se pot pasa.</p>
